Can common plate flange duct be used in fire protection smoke exhaust duct system?
According to the “Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specification” GB50243-2016 Article 4.2.3 stipulates that: the thickness of the steel plate of the air duct of the smoke exhaust system can be determined in accordance with the high-pressure system, and at the same time, it is clear that the thin sheet steel flange rectangular duct shall not be used for high-pressure air ducts. Then the point of contention: smoke exhaust system duct is a high-pressure system duct, in the end, thin steel plate flange connection can not be used for smoke exhaust system?
